Our Core Values

Sustainability and Environmental Protection, Waste Reduction and Regeneration.
Art Vegan Village upholds ‘environmental friendliness’ as its core value, focusing on promoting environmental sustainability. We are committed to reducing waste, advocating for recycling and reuse, and encouraging people to choose eco-friendly products and lifestyles. Through creativity, we transform waste into beautiful artworks and recreational facilities, raising public awareness of environmental protection.
Local Ingredients, Pure and Delicious
Art Vegan Village’s restaurant uses local ingredients from Fulong, especially Gracilaria algae, to create healthy, eco-friendly, and additive-free meal options. Our signature Gracilaria bread and innovative dishes showcase the richness of plant-based cuisine while supporting local agriculture, promoting sustainable eating.
Creative Spaces, Sustainable Experiences
Art Vegan Village integrates environmental principles into every detail, from bamboo and ocean waste-crafted artworks and furniture to functional installations within the restaurant. These elements highlight the fusion of creativity and sustainability. Additionally, we offer a variety of sustainable living experiences, including a plant-based buffet, ocean waste DIY workshops, and beach cleanup activities, allowing participants to experience the joy and significance of eco-friendly living through hands-on practice.

Ocean Waste Upcycling:
Giving Resources New Life, Practicing Sustainable Living
Locally Sourced Circular Decorations
Most of the decorations in Yisu Village are sourced from the nearby Fulong coast. By minimizing excessive processing and making only simple modifications, we preserve the original appearance of ocean waste as much as possible and integrate it into our everyday environment.
Our Commitment to Environmental Protection
We collect and recycle used cooking oil from the restaurant, filtering, settling, and saponifying it without using artificial soap bases. The recycled oil is transformed into dishwashing detergent, and according to our dishwashing staff, using our own detergent prevents dry, cracked hands. This not only solves the issue of waste oil but also protects users’ hands, fully realizing the concept of self-sustaining recycling.
Recycling Second-Hand Resources:
Building the Foundation of an Eco-Friendly Creative Village.
The Charm of Second-Hand Resource Entrepreneurship
The world’s resources have reached a surplus, largely due to uneven distribution and scattered materials that haven’t been organized or utilized properly. As a result, many unused materials end up in landfills.
At Starry Sky X Yisu Village, 90% of our hardware and facilities are sourced from second-hand materials. These include tables, chairs, cabinets, backdrops, audio-visual equipment, and more. When we need something, we search for second-hand items through online communities or friends, placing the appropriate items in the right spaces. The benefits of this approach are numerous: it not only significantly reduces the cost of purchasing new items but also relieves sellers of the burden of storing unused materials, all while embodying the spirit of recycling.
If everyone practiced this mindset, it would give our resource-overloaded world a much-needed breather.
